Stop in at one of more than 9,000 Happy Returns locations nationwide to process your Lands' End return in person. No box, bag or tape needed. Flip the card to see how it works.

How it works with Happy Returns

  • Initiate your return by selecting the "Start Your Return" button, below
  • Select "Return Bar" as your return method
  • Finalize the return. A QR code will appear on the screen and be sent to your email
  • A QR code is like a fancy barcode - you'll need to have that available for the Return Bar associate to scan
  • Go to your nearest Return Bar, let the associate scan your QR code and leave the item with them. No need to pack up the return
  • Find your nearest Happy Returns Bar here
  • You will receive an email indicating your return has been initiated, and you should receive your refund in 1-2 business days
START YOUR RETURN

A fee of $6.95 (for U.S., for Canada $10.95) will be deducted from your original payment method for returns. If your US domestic return is within 90 days of purchase and you select merchandise credit as your return refund method, the fee will be waived.


Return through mail

By mail

Our partners at Happy Returns will send you a shipping label. Just print, pack and ship your item(s) back to us, and we'll handle the rest.
