Lands' End's 12-week robust, hands-on summer internship is a highly engaging, development focused brand immersion experience. Throughout the summer you'll actively participate in the day-to-day business, receive mentorship, attend career development workshops, network and meet with senior leaders in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll wrap up your summer with a capstone group project which gives you broad exposure to the business while fully understanding our focus to be there for Life's Every Journey. We encourage college and university students at the junior and senior levels to apply for one of our openings.
